@VATkhamu no brother let me explain to you. The term Nepal starts from 4th BCE. Before that the Himalayas region including Nepal was known as "Kiratdesh" upon trans. is land of Kiratas. What this means is that Nepal and northeast Indian states of Assam, Sikkim, Manipur were inhabited by Mongoloid race. The Aryan refer Mongoloid people as Kirat per their vedic texts and other ancient books. Kirat had built their own civilization in the Kathmandu valley but in around 330 AD were invaded by Aryan.
