actually i'm pretty sure this was taken from the show "pop jam" because back in the day, i rented that from a japanese store, dubbed it, and then traded it to a few fans in america. what's missing is the host introducing the clip (sans b-t) and the ending credits when there are signed polaroids of b-t members.
