If you have the funds, then you can do pretty much anything. When you look at your videos, there is a button which says "promote" it will place your video at the top of a search relevant to keywords that you choose. Every time somebody clicks on your video, then you pay money or something... By the way, I don't think that SHE is really a She if you know what I mean.

I don't know if Tgirl herself has had the operation, but it's not personally important to me. What's important is that I respect her as a person, and if she chooses to think of herself as female, then I'll respect that.
I believe views or more important than subs. I wish I could help you out on how to get people to sub, and more importantly, view your videos, but I don't know how to do so. I figure a great number of my subs subbed to me because of my drawing vids, which might explain why my views for my non-drawing vids are WAY lower than the the drawing vids. I believe that if a person is young and good-looking, they automatically attract viewers. It's cynical to say, but I believe that is true. Of course, some people who aren't young and pretty also get big views, but it's usually due to something other than true talent. Renetto, for instance, got featured on YT several times in the early days when it really mattered and before YT became more corporate with what it featured. Oh, and cute kids and animals sometimes helps get views, too. :-)
I think the way a lot of people increase their views is with the use of tags. They have to be related to the subject but sometimes are twisted in such a way as to attract more watchers. Another thing is that people who appear to be cheerful and happy attract a lot more viewers. More viewers adds up to more subs.
