Your right, drunk drivers should be able to get in a car, drive and take a chance killing someone. The game is, the police have to find that before it happens. What a dipshit you are. I never said ppl should drink and drive. Believe it or not, some people don't drink at the bars, or even drink in small amounts that don't impair driving. If every person that left a bar was drunk driving, that would be a different story, ass hole.
