The song is named Group Anthem, I found it ont he main website of the guy who composed the music for Xiaolin Showdown; Kevin Manthei :3 I could download the songs from there but I used a Firefox program called Download Helper o3o

I don't think it is an actual song, I think it is just backing music they made for the episode. I can't seem to find any information about the song.
