Bro I tried sending my broken ankle an it actually works, like I felt a change in temerature like the rest of my body is like.. Room temperature? I guess but when I gott to my knee it felt kinda heavy and then I got to my ankle it was kinda coldish

My aunt taught me to scan for heat. The heat pulses, usually doesn't go wrong unless the subject has a fever. The heat will bring my hand in. When we get ahold of the point of issue, you pull outward like pulling out a towel until the heat melds w/ the heat of the rest of the body. If the spot is colder than normal we would issue from ourselves the "towel" pull towards the subject we are helping.

Also the anchor-method, of placing one hand on the point of issue, & focusing on it... not as easy.
