It not 2 hard to work out like the CIRA AND RIRA were formed after the goodfriday agreement they are comprised of mainly members of the provisionals that dont agree with it. The PIRA split from the OIRA in the 70's and the OIRA eventually disappeared.
They have different policies on the way the armed struggle should be carried out as well as different political agendas.
