@JayLeeKorean if you have a reactor, the most you can make is 2 rines from each rax, if you have 4 more queued up that's 200 minerals that you are not using at the moment, you could make another hellion or starport (with enough gas) with that or just make more scvs with that instead of wasting it on units that are not even building at that moment. ( That's why if you get supply blocked just cancel the worker building and build a supply depot (or w/e the supply count is for zerg and toss)
