I'm a die hard Celtics fan and love Pierce, but to say he is a better player than Kobe is insane. Kobe is the closest that we have to MJ(better skill, less leadership). Paul is a beast in his own right, but put Kobe on the Celtics and we might win 75 games. Difference is Pierce doesn't give you the drama that Kobe does when things go wrong,making Paul the better team player. Kobe with KG wouldn't be an issue, because KG works his ass off (unlike Shaq) which was the main beef Kobe had with Shaq
