I remember those old TBS Bond marathons. I remember catching Dr. No, Goldfinger, For Your Eyes Only, the Spy Who Loved Me, Moonraker, and Diamonds are Forever during one of them in the early 90's.
My mom used to have an entire metal rack full o' Tulip paint back in the early 90s. We mostly painted tote bags and cheap white canvas drugstore shoes - because we knew, unlike the maroons on the commercial, that Tulip paint peeled off if you put it on anything stretchy or washable. It also tended to harden inside the bottle, so you had to use it up fast.

NBC had a later show called Madman of the People. Sequel?
As for the Tulip paint, I remember it leading to many after-Thanksgiving activity failures.
