The more sensitive the detector, the more likely it will go off. And even if the alarm was to go off, the security guard would just wave his wand over the piercings and you'd be on your way.

These are called "play piercings", they do not stay in or have jewelry worn in them. It is done for the rush of getting the piercing. There is no way all of those would heal adequately anyways.
