It goes from Obi0To Anakin's Saber, and Back to Obi-Wan's
HUGE Mistake? Actually ifound out from the commentary that there was a deleted scene where Kenobi had both sabers but they decided to take that out and figured that no one would notice that mistake
the first mistake that you saw with obi wans wrong lightsaber that was actually the one that he used in the phantom menace b4 darth maul kicked down the pit thing
the reason the sabers swap is because there's actually more to the fight that had to be cut out because it dragged on too long. it's in the commentary on the dvd

If you look at Luke's forcefx light saber it sort of looks like the saber Obi-Wan is holding at about 9-27 sec in to the video maby its not but it shure looks like it.
If you look just before the table top battle you will see Anakins saber in Obi-Wan's hand and then on top of the table and then switch back to his own afterward.

Obi-Wan was suposed to of had both lightsabers after somehow getting Anakins, but this was cut out by Lucas.
