Type in "Reopen Account" on the search box on the top, and you will see many videos showing you how to reinstate your account. Be sure to view "newest" for the latest instructions on how to reopen accounts.

Only works with closed accounts and it doesn't work with suspended accounts.

PiB used copyrighted footage in a number of his videos, though I question why plenty of other users who post copyrighted footage such as entire movies or entire episodes of TV shows don't get suspended as well. Then again, his suspension could have been due to Take-Two Interactive's dislike of his usage of GTA IV footage.
