i think she's lip synching on this performance. Cause I've seen her peform on Eurovision Contest back 2005 or 06 (i can't remeber exactly) and there she was singing for real, this audio here sounds like the audio on my Eurovision Song Contest CD. Although she was singing pretty good at ESC when it aired live on tv in europe..but i think she was lip synching here, otherwise look at her performance on ESC there she wasn't lip synching!
