What are sky news on about, Roal Dahl was from Weston ?? He was born and raised in Llandaff, Cardiff, he only spent some time at a boarding school in Weston.

Im on the north edge of bristol, and i can see it from here.

Its a scary sight to see this massive column of fire.

Anyone know what caused it, i blame the heat, its wayyyyy to hot!

What a sad day for Weston. I am in penarth at the min in Cardiff and I can see it burning from across the Bristol Channel. The sky looks black across the sea.I have So many happy memorys for me with that pier. Hopefully money will be invested and the pavilion will be re-built.

I am watching it on sky news and at 8:36am it looks like it's completely gone with 2 hours of the fire starting.
