While I can appreciate their work from this period, The Japan that I got into started with "Polaroids" around late '80. "Tin Drum" in '81, for me represents this band's peak.

This video is so wonderful. If even one recent band could gravitate toward simlicity in video design like the older days, the musical world would be better for it. Not to mention how great the 'pool chat' scene was. Less is so much more people!  Bonus points for the attitude and wonderful style expression of Japan, as usual.
