y are people with dreds soo good at this shit i asked my dads friend if he could do parkour or freerunning and he said no he didnt no wat that was so i said try a backflip and he said he cant do those and then i said try and he did a double backflip off a pole!!!!!

Nice editing dudes, I know how long freaking time it can take just to produce a nicely shot sequence with 2-3 tricks. Some shots a 4 meter drop looks like 2 meters tops and u have to take it over and over again to find the right angles + doing the jump 10 times to edit it into a multiview, waste like 15 minutes on 3 seconds footage.

i think urban free flow is a great parkour/freerunning organization but really it only stresses freerunning. they change the aspect of pk to be about flipping, doing tricks, and some gymnastics which confuses most people. if u look at their sponsored athletes they always do freerunning moves and rarely pk moves
