i enjoy these series so much. this is like a summit conference of maltmasters. and indeed, one can only marvel about the inside knowledge of jim about all the spirits...he is a very nosey guy i guess ;) since he seems to be able to remind whiskeys by their scent!

Blends are for cocktails. My hands can not add into a single malt anything, except a drop of a water.
