Hm..the only character I can really recognize is the hiragana for "Ma", so forgive me if I'm wrong, but is the character in the title "Moon"? I see it in the title of Tsukihime(tsuki=moon), and some songs in Touhou are have are called "(something)-moon" (example:"Broken Moon", forgot which stage though), and I believe I've seen it in the japanese names of those songs too.

Yeah, 月 (tsuki) is the kanji for moon and 姫 (hime) is the kanji for princess. 月姫 = Tsukihime = Moon Princess.
So the title of the song would be Moon Metal.

As a fun fact, 月 also means "getsu," which means "month." It's also used in 月曜日(getsuyoubi, Monday), so it's very common and a great Kanji to learn.
