I am posting this on my cj peeete myspace page - the corner of Washington & LaSalle is one of the most important in American music & cultural history - with the upcoming HOPE VI renovation of the Magnolia/C.J. Peete...much of the culture & heritage may be in danger...as HOPE VI may turn the area into anywhere USA - the culture is certainly being suppressed in Central City & Treme.
