crap, i can follow the video up to the point where you un-flatten the model after making the spiral, you are tucking in the corners but i can't figure out how
That tutorial was very helpful. I have a basic understanding of origami but couldn't do this model from the book. Your tutorial showed how to do it nicely.
@mafelix Yeah, I know... I've learned from comments here on youtube, but I haven't had nearly enough time to make a new video for it... And I didn't have any origami paper at the time, so I used plain printer paper... Sorry... :(
Hi, do you know how to reduce the 4 holes to 1. in "Origami for the Connoisseur", it shows a version that only has one hole. I tried it for a long time but could not do it. Any hints that you can provide would be much appreciated.
hmmm...i don't know! i saw that too in the book, but it gave no hint on how that works... maybe ask adamsara, as i don't own the book, i just borrowed from my local library... sorry!
El videos es bueno... pero el que muestra las instrucciones es muy malo... cubre con sus manos los dobleces que va realizando.... lo que hace que la producción sea mala.
you're welcome... however, i am feeling somewhat guilty of posting this video without exactly getting toshikazu kawasaki's permission... :) but i'm glad you liked it!
I don't know what people are complaining about, I made it just fine :D This is so cool! It's always fun to do Kawasaki origami designs :)
You're quite talented for someone your age. It's good that you have the chance to do origami. I found it fascinating in elementary school, but no one taught it and our internet wasn't as vast as it is now. We didn't even have books at our library 'cause no one knew what it was XDD But good for you! At least someone had the chance :D
thanks a bunch! however, i will try to post a better video sometime. if you have any requests for a model, i will ladly try to find diagrams for it as well as post an instructional video. =D
well, atleast somones truthful. :D thanks for telling me. i always want to improve, but i can't if no one tells me. i will try to post a vid sometime, but that will be difficult with school on the way. :S
thanks and just a word of advice it may b easier for u to fold it if the creases r already there but it makes it harder for the viewer to c if it helps ur welcome if i sounded annoying sry

darling...you do it very nicely...
but it s way to fast, the paper is to used (you can have an idea of where you folded it first), and it's white...what makes it more difficult to see.
but you do it very good yourself.

Oye el papel está más arrugado que tus calzones... no permite apreciar los dobleces que vas creando.

And some folders say that the bird base has been completely investigated...
TogrutaJedi 3 years ago
no, most certainly not! there are so many elegant models that have yet to be discovered from the simplest of bases.
