The republican party caters to racist people so when I see minorities of any race supporting that party it's usually just put down their own people. Those that didn't whether black, white or whatever, decided to make it on their own terms. I get xmas cards from everyone I've mentored but I am frank and they appreciate that!
@chillichomper , Affirmative action was not put in place solely for the benefit of the black race .This law was put in place to protect all minorities and women .This includes WHITE WOMEN for every government program that exists there are whites standing in line to take advantage of those programs. It has been researched by impartial organizations that have found that non color base policies will only further the progression of white supremacy and sexism .

When an organization has to be trimmed down very often the higher performers don't get spared if they belong to a non-minority but the slackers, if they are a minority, are spared to the detriment of the company. As a manager you have to make lists of your employees ranked by performance level. Then that list is reviewed by HR and Legal so that the co. doesn't risk being sued. That is the reality and that is what I hate!

When an organization has to be trimmed down very often the higher performers don't get spared if they belong to a non-minority but the slackers, if they are a minority, are spared to the detriment of the company. As a manager you have to make lists of your employees ranked by performance level. Then that list is reviewed by HR and Legal so that the co. doesn't risk being sued. That is the reality and that is what I hate!

@carlindelco , Let me straighten you out on a few things I know exactly what the 3/5 compromise was regarding slavery my reference was in regards to those who claimed that it meant that slaves were partially human. I am not angry about slavery since it would not be logical to waste such a strong emotion on nameless faceless strangers on YouTube. Take notes of the numerous accounts of the maintenance workers who were in the building at the time when the first plane hit. Also listen to the scientist and engineers who spoke on this. Then look at the history of incidents where planes have crashed into buildings. Do the math, stop drinking the kool aid, and educate yourself. Stop being part of the problem.

Most blacks are conservative on social issues. The democrats want to keep blacks in poverty and dependent on government benefit programs that pay very little to live on. The blacks that are conservative are the ones who are truly free , but the rest are the victims of the liberal white slavemasters who need thier votes in exchange for giving them free money from government benefits as long as they do not try to escape the benefits plantation and get a real career that will pay well.

He wasn't fired from Fox News... he was fired from National Public Radio. He is only a contributing analyst at Fox News, not an employee.
