Hahah, I remember passing the jewelery shop from this film with my friend down in Glasgow. He had greasy hands from his chips and wiped them over the big window which had just been cleaned. Then a fat security guard came out and shouted at us. Good times.

..Some 'fattening up' of the lesser characters would have provided the plot with a needed semblance of realism, as would some actual Scottish people (Glasgow is inexplicably overrun by cockneys). The soundtrack is great, but then I'm a little biased since I like Massive Attack anyway. The action is engaging and visceral (you really feel the crunch). Don't expect anything particularly compelling or memorable, but if you have nothing else to do with your hour-and-a-bit, it's entertaining enough :)

I enjoyed this film. It at least makes an effort to provide its lead antagonist and protagonist with greater depth than is usual with a martial arts flick, although had Jet Li's character Danny been a little more morally ambiguous (as would be expected of a trained killer 'dog') it would have impressed me more...
