Patricia Wettig does have a speech impediment, but IMO it was more pronounced during her run as Nancy on "thirtysomething". I think it's sibilant s's or something similar to that, If you listen closely, her teeth whistle sometimes when she speaks.

Holly irks the shit out of me. She has no place on Ohai or the Walker family. She was William's whore and wrongfully made the Walkers think Rebecca was William's to get a slice of the pie.
