  • in wikipedia they say "an open reading frame (ORF) is a DNA sequence that does not contain a stop codon in a given reading frame"

    so what's the deal?

  • @tamirdayan That's what I thought, too. Perhaps the video got it wrong.

  • @tamirdayan wikipedia is wrong , an open reading frame is each possibility of a reading frame to have a start and a stop codon as i think , just make sure again of your techer or something cuz i'm not sure
