Has anyone here heard that the entire solar system is heating up? NASA is aware of it and it has been covered briefly by the US news media. Even if we cut all of our carbon emissions tomorrow we would still have a warming planet. Global warming is a two fold problem. The first deals with increased solar output which is heating up the solar system. The second is our exacerbation of the problem by our choice to use carbon based fuels. We will be on oil for at least another 50 years minimum.

Cap and Trade, a group of inverters buys a Kansas Power Plant and sells the Excess pollution output to NY at $50 a ton and charges its customer base in Kansas $50 a ton for what they pollute. If they oversell and need more power they have to either buy power or buy back more CO2 permits, we hope at the $50 ton rate (don't hold your Breath), either way the Kansas Customers pay for NY power use. Current claims are that it will Cost 10 to 12 Dollars a ton, who believes that will be the price?
