It can be outfitted with rockets, and it capable of tackling terrain that quite frankly, would stop a Humvee. A fast, agile vehicle with the capability to fire munitions, and provide transport to ground troops at the same time is a tactical jeep, and not an "overuse" of the word. Iran under current sanctions shouldn't have been able to develop and build this jeep.
