Hello Michael, in video #4 you showed your bag with things you take along on the road. In this video you say you are more a digital oriented kind a guy. Why do you have a "calls" or "mail"-folder in your bag when you could have it in your PDA?
The calls folder I show in my bag is for my sales calls. I have a few thousand people on my sales call list. I find it easier to have a list I can take notes on for those calls and so keep those on paper and email those to my assistant. Calls in the normal course of daily activity go on my calls list in my blackberry and not in there. The mail folder is for outgoing physical mail, not emails.
