  • yay, Mikey!

  • Wow amazing skills! And patience!

  • uffff--....excelent

  • go to 0:09 then to 2:12, and like, WOW!

  • oh...i like it alot..amazing!!!!

  • Shouldn't have made the ear lobes so big.

  • @romeroisking i agree

  • @romeroisking Why not!? lol, my original makeup was gonna be an even older age and the ears were sculpted for that. But then I toned it down concertrating on making sure the age still resembled my model and not just some "character" aging makeup. I loved the ears so much I kept them the same. They are big for this age range, but, it does happen it the later ages!

If you guys want to see pics of the actual before and after of the makeup go to my blog here: myimaginativeown.blogspot.com

  • awesome!

  • They forgot the long curly eyebrow and nose hairs!!!! I thought it was pretty clever.

  • kinda lame if you've seen the ageing makeup they used for Lord of the Rings.

    That's amazing

  • @aedryanchklar totally

  • @aedryanchklar Your post is what we would call "irrelevant" to the video posted. Try getting UP off your chair, and venturing from mindless comments over techniques and art you know nothing about.

  • @TylerHaslett hey, yeah. I'm actually sorry and that message was kinda pointless :/ I was just expecting more of a transformation seeing as how they covered his whole face in silicone and in Lord Of The Wrings they didn't use any to make king Theoden look old. Still, sorry for making a douchey comment

  • Nice work...

  • Awesome. Good job!

  • wow thats great at first i think the color of his skin is not right but after the paintbrush its fabulois

sorry for grammatiks im from austria

  • @zassi12 Makeup for prosthetics goes on in layers, so you should never judge what it will look like until it's done.

  • Hey! Whats music is this?

  • Uhm, can you show a before and after shot? Coz, he looks the same to me. Was that the intention?

  • @farflungfloyd > Uhm, he looks about 30-40 years older :)

  • @farflungfloyd nah there actually is a difference but if the uploader had a higher quality vid you would tell the difference. i think lighting also determines its realism by portraying an illusion of age

  • @TONGANMUViiEZ

So doesn't that mean they did well on lighting and such? As long as you believe it not much else matters?

  • @TONGANMUViiEZ Yes for a foam latex makeup that is true, but in the case of a silicone prosthetic makeup, it should look absolutely real in any light..Even in a flash picture, which would wash out a foam makeup.

  • beautiful work

  • impressive!

  • wow! How much time that really took?

  • I LOVE IT! :D

  • that;s really cool good job :)

  • just awesome, amazing job. It must have been very tiring sitting on that chair for that long, but definitely well worth it :)

  • AMAZING! Real nice work!

  • Looks good, but the ears or huge (no offense if those are his real ears, lol).

  • @Slyth66

Ears are getting bigger with age (mos of a time).

  • Good work, guys! =)
