  • @perpexel oh you should DEF feel something afterwards. it is in your pecs. were your elbows together the whole time? and were you pulsing UP, not down?

  • I love ur workouts...but I wud die doin these...I have a problem doin sum of ur workouts now they r effective but I feel a lot of pain directly after the workout n it continues 4 a good 30 min...what am I doin wrong

  • idk why. i'm crazy, but i did all of them (100 each) just now. i cheated a little on thursday and friday, but i did all of them.

  • When you apologized for Thursday, I was so sure you were going to make us do 100 burpees! I will definitely be doing this challenge! I don't have a Facebook (and have absolutely no want for one) so I can't check in on Facebook, but I'll still be doing the challenge!

  • Is there a modification for the push ups?  I have arthritis in my hands and right elbow. My hands don't bend back more than 45 degrees making push ups impossible.

  • @carranzadg you can do posh ups with the wall. so you can adjust your hands also in this position you don't put so much body weight.

  • @carranzadg put your hands on the wall and just push your weight forward and back up.
