@perpexel oh you should DEF feel something afterwards. it is in your pecs. were your elbows together the whole time? and were you pulsing UP, not down?

When you apologized for Thursday, I was so sure you were going to make us do 100 burpees! I will definitely be doing this challenge! I don't have a Facebook (and have absolutely no want for one) so I can't check in on Facebook, but I'll still be doing the challenge!
Is there a modification for the push ups? I have arthritis in my hands and right elbow. My hands don't bend back more than 45 degrees making push ups impossible.
what do chest pulses do? i didnt really feel anything afterwards

@carranzadg you can do posh ups with the wall. so you can adjust your hands also in this position you don't put so much body weight.
