  • Since when are the triceps hard to target?

    French Press, tricep dip, skullcrushers and cable pull downs all target the triceps very effectively.

  • I don't think you need to buy that pair of wheels for the kind of workout that this video is proposing. You can just do regular situp, rope jumping, find a bar in the playground to do pullup, hold two milk jugs for your biceps.

    this workout is for 60 year old people, who hasn't done any kind of sports in their whole life..when you do that workout you will lokk like the hunchback of notre dome...(sry for bad english)
