I have been getting these injections for 11 LONG YRS. in 6 seperate locations in both of my hands/wrists. 4 orthopedic surgerys in the past 6 yrs. thurs i will get 2 of these cortizone injections on Right hand, while under anesthsia for Surgery on left trigger finger (middle) still need surgery for ulnar nerve damage Left side. Also have DeQuervains tendonitis on Right thumb.
I had this done last week and it still hasn't worked at all.. looks like im getting surgery :/

the injection site is wrong for trigger finger.
are you giving the patient a digital nerve block?

i had this done and it hurt like hell but it worked...the pain was a ten!!!!
