well if u plan on coming in september i would pack both because this is our fall and the risk of it snowing grows greater every day, so better safe then sorry. (it usually snows before the end of september)
Thanks for reply. But I still have one more question, we will drive four RVs ( camping vehicle ), and prepare snow chains. Stay there from Sep. 2 to 7, about 5 days. Of course, I do agree with you say "better safe than sorry. "
not really but if u really want to be safe, then it would probably be the way to go. the dempster is a harsh, twisty, turny road that goes up in the mountains and down in the valleys. youll basically be facing all sorts of different terrain out there, so being safe should be ur priority

Is it necessary to chain up at that time??
