If you inject far more diesel than fits in to each cylinder it will reduce combustion efficiency and power.The excess diesel burns off in the hot manifold, turbo, CAT, DPF, EGR and causes major problems as they get coated in soot. It also causes the exhaust valves to be coated in thick soot and stay open slightly causing severe engine damage. Why pay to damage your engine? What a total idiot you are! SMOKE=BROKE

yeah i have an sct and it has custom tunes my friend got for me it was meant for a 6.0 powerstroke but he got tunes so it work on my 95 poerstroke.........its got race that it will do 127mph. tow haul and it really builds the boost and likes to keep the gears down. and special for fuel milage. so how is mine diff it takes custom tunes from toney wildman?

If you want smoke, remove cat and muffler, get tuner, injectors and exhaust with stock turbo... not having enough air for the amount of fuel leads to smoke... so leave stock turbo and intake so you dont get enough air. Once the boost builds the smoke will mostly go away. If you want even more smoke, install an injector in the straight pipe after the turbo to put unburned fuel into the exhaust at 1000 degrees lol.

I dont think you would blow the turbo up. I run mine at 40psi boost on a regular basis and have never had problems other than blowing off the hose which is easily reattached.
