  • good guitar player

  • Robert Plant is 6FT. I am 5Ft11.... I was still looking short next to him. He wears TALL shoes alot.

  • Los Lobos look like munchkins next to Plant, except David Hidalgo.

  • @dslider1 What is a Munchkin'?

  • @DiablillodeOz The little people in the Land of Oz!! BTW I'm a L.L. fan. I'm not knocking them just noticed they're somewhat vertically challenged.

  • @dslider1 Louie is only about 5'5" or so. David is roughly 6'2" or 6'3". The rest of the guys are a couple of inches taller than Louie.

  • Now it is clear that Chicago's Los lobos fans are the dumbest and the most stupid folk ever. They sooo focking motherfockers with no brains. They cannot jerk off listen, they cannot jekr off value anything and they cannot behave jerk offs. The worst public over the world.

  • @Search1110 what?

  • @zepphedd72 what what?

  • @Search1110 a warrant should be issued for your arrest . the charge : attempted murder of the English language

  • @RisingSon011 No, no. The charge is attempted take to clean the shit. So help me please, clean yourself up. Ever heard of the word moron? See the mirror, see the moron

  • @Search1110 I'll put it in language you may understand . Me not care .

  • @RisingSon011 Sorry, did not understand you. Go get some courses. Elementary school will be enough for you. Just go, imbecil.

  • Love live Los Lobos!

  • Its funny how robert plant looks to the right for the guitar solo( thats where Jimmy would of been ) ..surprised..great post..friggin love this

  • @bailey536 I think he just didn't know which player would do the solo

having not used to be on stage with 2 gtr players

  • Silly me. I walked out before Robert Plant hit the stage

  • Surreal!

  • One of the greatest bands and singers in R'nR history. But check out the original by Roy Head for true greatness.

  • Did you know Robert Plant Band Of Joy is covering a Los Lobos song on their new album and tour? "Angel Dance".

This is phenomenal to see Plant sat in with Los Lobos just the month before the Band Of Joy tour began.

Click my name for my youtube channel and look for the Robert Plant Band Of Joy covers Angel Dance by Los Lobos video.

  • @LDCNeni

    agree

    such talent /intelligence & class

  • I can't believe I used to listen to losers like Led Zeppelin. Fortunately White Power Rock ''n Roll has redeemed me. 14/88.

  • That's me, behind the stage left sidefill (dang it, camera angle all wrong for my vanity shot), shaking Plant's hand as he came offstage. It was a real thrill for all of us at the Taste of Chicago mainstage - even a thrill for this veteran stage crew. He was a very friendly, courteous gentleman while waiting next to me in the wings.

  • Robert You're still great, Poland love You!!!

  • Los Lobos is THE best live act to see today. They love Chicago and we love them.

  • This is a testament to how great a band Los Lobos is. Nobody less than one of the greatest singers in Rock and Roll history is a fan. I made it a point to visit Chicago while the band was in town and witnessed this live. If there were justice in this world Los Lobos would be selling out stadiums and Bon Jovi would be playing at Six Flags. That's OK, just gives me more chances to see a great band at the top of their game from the front row. Long live The Wolves!

  • @gpg20s

    Damn! You said it all!!

  • @gpg20s My thoughts EXACTLY.

I was in a state of shock when i saw who came out onstage to join the boys for their encore. Un-freakin-believable.

  • Wow...I was overcome with sadness when I read that Robert came out and sang and I missed it. But watching this still gave me chills. I am happy for all who got to see this! This is what a professional band sounds and acts like...no prep, gathering around the drum riser figuring out the chord changes and timing and nailing it. Wonderful to see and hear. Thank you for posting!

  • Sweet!

  • I love this man!

  • Would have been nice to actually hear Plant's voice over all the screaming though. :-/ I understand you're all excited, but seriously, shut up and listen!

  • Wow! Awesome! Thank you so much for posting. Really made my day.

  • Pretty dang freakin AMAZING! For those that were there, dang, i'm sure you KNOW how very blessed you are to have seen this live...THANK YOU for posting from a music fan...love Los Lonely Boys, Los Lobos, and of course Robert Plant...goes without saying!

  • that's the freaking real spirit of music getting up there and just sing and Jam. Hoefully musician in Chicago will open up a little bit and accept to play with others!

  • This are the same guys that sung Macarena? ?

    *dazed & confused*

  • No, Macarena was sung by Los Del Rio.

  • I was there! Love Robert plant!

  • I was there! Los Lobos are fabulous.
