Hardly Robin Hoods very indiscriminate in who they will ambush, they are called Rascals here in PNG but the rest of the world would call them criminals, terrorists or at best highwaymen; their behaviour is far from a joke as they terrorise and steal from their own countrymen for just a few kina or in some cases nothing of value at all.
