  • Sorry guys no luxuries on these flights, that is why Southwest Airlines looks like a big robin up in the sky, because as the big robin bird sounds, they are and they go Cheap! Cheap! Cheap! Cheap! Cheap!

  • Southwest Airlines should have a sign right over at their gates that would say: "B.Y.O.E." such as bring your own: iPod, iPad, iPhone, and your own laptop for your own entertainment enjoyment. That is why Southwest Airlines is so cheap, because you are riding on a flying CTA Pace bus; aka the airbus!

  • And of course, just as the same as before about the new Southwest Airlines cabin interior, there is none or any luxury entertainment console inside the cabin of southwest airlines, just like the one you see on the big 747s or the big fancy 787s. So, what is so special about the new 737 Max?

  • The 3 dislikes are A320neos :)

  • that airplane is so new, and shiny, no trace of smoke...

  • Very Nice!

  • @TheWheels777 Opinions are like assholes, everyone has one.

  • Very nice .

  • Ugliest livery in aviation.

  • @TheWheels777 No, that would be Spirit Air. Their gray livery is so drab and depressing I can't bear to think who they have as their designers.

  • why are the ends of the engine cover look like spikes?

  • @Bowden57 to reduce engine noise for passangers

  • @Bowden57 They are called "strakes" and they help reduce engine noise. The new 787 and the 747-8 have them as well.

  • Wait, is that the Northrup Grumman anti missile laser system on the underbelly near the tail area? Cool!!!

  • @ACTORDAVIDTRAN What? Commercial planes don't have that.

  • @AirplaneSpottingTV Yet.. since this is an animation, anything's possible. ;)

  • @AirplaneSpottingTV Not in service with airlines, but they were fitted on some FedEx aircraft for trial runs.

  • @ACTORDAVIDTRAN Sure looks like an anti-tail strike device to me.

  • @SBDenali Anti missile tale strike device

  • Be great if Ryanair made an order for the MAX

  • can`t wait to fly on those

  • 737-800

  • That is what I love about Boeing and Southwest, if it ain't broke don't fix it, or just fix it a little bit. The 737 Max is just the right amount of "fix".

  • The wings look lighter and not as wide as the previous models which means less weight and im sure this one is also made out of the same material as the new 787 of composite carbon fiber panels.

  • @FlightSimXGamer365 The wings are essentially unchanged from the NG models.

  • @FlightSimXGamer365

Same wings as the current NG series, and the fuselage and wings wont have any more major composite material compared to today's NG series.

  • I would've liked a more redesigned model for the MAX... Like maybe wings with more flex like the 787. Raked wingtips would look nice on this too...

  • Cool

  • With all of that new efficiency technology, does this mean Southwest will start flying to Hawaii from west coast airports like OAK or SMF? Now wouldn't that be good competition against Allegiant and Alaska!

  • Wow! Look at those sexy engines!

  • very happy to see that WN is the launch customer of the 737MAX

  • Heard SWA is the launch customer! Congrats guys!!!!

  • God she's sexy!
