I've done the fried peanut butter and banana sandwich. I used the traditional recipe (butter instead of oil) came out great. I now know why Elvis loved them! O_O
Don't make them too often for the rest of us, but if you can do one once in a while, it is a unique treat.

This video was taken in Spain (If you are spanish you can see that clearly, so I do). It was token in Madrid (by the emblem of the Taxi) and you used BINBO bread (because I just now that) and PLÁTANOS, (witch are bananas from Canary island). Am I right?
For a moment I though you were really going to fry up the cured ham!

Try using riper bananas next time. They are easier to mash & a fork mashes better than what you were using.
