u british peopel dont know good workng internet..in poland regular speed its some 25 MB DL on 17 MB UL.and this is not soem Special offert..its regular not high speed internet what u can have in poland..same is in rest europe..onle england looks liek is dead aboute internet. upto?700kb up on 20 MB DL ? this is bullshit man..gb networking is moste shit in europe.

I have been on BT now for around a year, Was really curious about about joining BT, Due to my parents having problems (Lines was unstable), When i joined I had a similar problem, Found out that it was the BT Home Hub 2.0, If you are on a long-ish line it is not the best modem to use, Used my old Netgear for 2 months, The line NEVER dropped once, When the BT Home Hub 3.0 was relased changed to that, Never has a problem since, The new Homb Hub seems to be a lot lot lot more stable.

BT Infinity is good 37Mb speeds and 15ms ping got it yesturday I used to have 2.3mb downloads with bt. Ping is the time delay between your computer and the others it matters in online games. Lower ping is better.

i'm 3 miles from town exchange - on a 1mb bt line but only get 600kbps DL,  200k up

you lucky f%$£er they don't give us that , my line is capable of 8 mbs and used to get around 6 consistantly that was just ok . But now their taking the piss and we rarely get above 3mb , f%$£ing bt cunts! Have to switch

@rob12841 Well I was with BT when they started the ADSL Max service, and had nothing but poor ping (60+ ms) and only about 3mbps down and 348k up

@rob12841 This is where you're wrong, It's only fibre at the cabinet, the technology used it actually called VDSL it still runs down the phone line. No fibre is ran to your house
