  • First time trying parsley root - thanks for the useful info.

  • Parsley root is great. I normally cut it up with potatoes, beetroot, carrot, celery root and onions and bake it in the oven. Roots are great when baked!

  • HEY THANK YOU!!!!!! I have had Parsley Root like mashed potatoes and it tasted kinda like mashed Cauliflower. I have also had them in the Terra Chips (the vegetable chips in the black bags) Or is it Parsnip...oh well, LOL!!!

  • @whoobonhooaglo Hm - do you mean a dehydrator? If so, you might be able to! I haven't used one though. I think you could also bake them...
