It's crazy because the scientific community didn't really accept this theory until the 80s. In Jack Lalane's time this kind of stuff was majorly considered to be touchy feely nonsense. Lalane is easily one of the most unappreciated people in American history.

I use to wonder why God didn't just give every body money, then I realized that when people do get money or when countries discover great resources that people waste all of it or misuse for sin and corruption. @924142707 The key is to learn from your mistakes, not just "ask for forgiveness". I can speak from MY experience as a Christian at least and I'm telling it as I saw it. I was "misguided" when I was a Christian and I saw the truth with my very own eyes as I went further into the religion than majority of the Christians I knew did. If you read the Bible, you'll find it a lot and ask your typical Christian follower and TRY to question God and see what happens.
