Hello Bernie Hambuger, when you said that we can hear two licks i think its probally john doing it on the 2nd lead guitar, this is what they do on the song. Paul McCartney – double-tracked vocal, backing vocals, piano, lead guitar, bass, drums, handclaps, percussion
John Lennon – backing vocals, lead guitar, 6-string bass, drums, handclaps, percussion
George Harrison – backing vocals, lead guitar, bass, drums, handclaps, percussion
@judaharrison58 True, but the full recorded A Hard Day's Night opening chord is impossible to perfectly recreate on a single 6-string guitar, so the 353533 (G7sus4) is the one most people use to approximate it.
Ever since I saw Paul McCartney do this in Russia I've wanted to play this. The Russians loved it there, and I love it here. This is the fastest I've learned a song! Thank you so much.
thanks!

that's not the intro chord of a hard day's night. it's a Fadd9, and they added a piano for that chord. anyway, that's not the intro chord
