A rabbit is great for the garden, their poo is amazing. I have 9 and love them a ton. They are inside and outside and have cover, shade, protection from the elements and larger animals and are allowed in the garden to graze and play. They don't eat a ton when you let them have their own food first. They just like a taste of this and a taste of that. Blackberry will need a shelter for the winter with some hay too.

You need to bring it inside the house, or take it to a rabbit shelter because it will not survive the winter. Also it is vulnerable to disease and dogs.
