Math. The Fairtax "math" is based on all city government, all state government, and all county governments, paying the federal government massive tax surcharges on what they spend.
Yet they have not told ANY city, ANY state, ANY county about this insane plan.
Gee -- I wonder why not? And why have they avoided ALL hearings under oath for 13 years?
Wow. A few facts were left out, not a surprise. I'd bet that Mr. Hultgren has read the Federalist Papers, while Foster never responded to the letter I sent him asking him if he had read them. If you don't understand the Constitution, you probably should not be a member of Congress.
