I lived In Portland until recently, 1 am you see this shit all the time down in the Old Port, bunch of drunken sexually frustrated college kids and bimbos goin' wild. One night I walked up on some guy face down in a gutter, we rolled him over and all his teeth were knocked out and he was having a hard time breathing,...we called the paramedics. I think he got mugged. Still beats the shit out of Los Angeles where I lived before this.
