  • My buddies Cobra did a 10:01 @ 143 rowing gears with his 3.4L Whipple Cobra and stock engine have to have a lot of respect for these cars. He was running a 28" tire and still broke that bitch loose in 1st 2nd and 3rd.

  • Look into school of automotive machinists. I never once said it was easy or smart on the street. They also did the power on a smaller lsx. My comment was directed at YZF who believes n/a power can just not beat F/I .

  • yfz im not biased to either as I drive mostly imports other than my Lightning. The new lsx 454 and up will produce way up near the 1000 mark not FI and it is a small block

  • @nigel699 Bs... no where near that without the juice... my friend on SVTperformance has a 454lsx built heads cam built motor and only made close to 630 on motor then he added the juice to get up there in the hundreds

  • i would rather produce all engine horse power than put a blower on.. and im a stang fan.. ill stroke, performance cam, and what ever else i have to do before i put on a blower.. blowers are a last resort

    Do you really think your ever going to build a NA 4.6 that will make the kind of power a FI 4.6 will??? The answer is absolutely NOT. NA will never make the same or more power than a FI engine if your talking engines of the same cubic inch. Now having said that their is NOTHING wrong with building a NA combo, but it will not make the kind of power a FI combo will produce.
