Albeit one doesn't think Supercar when one thinks "Yamaha engine that normally goes into a Volvo XC90." Yet they seemed to have come up with something very nice. It's not necessarily the engine that makes the car, but the whole package. This car with 650 HP and gobs of torque still weighs less than a Ford Focus. I'm pretty impressed with that...Car sounds awesome and is impressive enough although the price is a bit steep.

As for copying, what if you saw this review first..? hmm

umm turbos by motorcraft. ha ha ha . why did they have to rope ford in on this one. motorcraft is the parts supplier of ford. ford dosnt realy stand for super car or does volvo from the "volvo engine". cant volvo make its own engine. i guess only the japs can make an engine

@Molo9000 I agree, and actually, I prefer those type of companies to the big wigs. I think that a car gets purer and more characteristic if few people are constructing it. You know, less interference in the concept. All the greatest older cars have always been visions of a few people, and I truly believe that the greatest cars today are the same. Pagani, Noble, Koeniggsegg and so on. Sure every top maker today makes "good" cars, but they lack the character and personality of these.

Thanks for the comments - always amusing. Today it's a huge challenge to do an engaging car film that doesn't get compared to Top Gear, especially if it's a supercar on a circuit and you come from Clarkson's home town! We might not have the resources of TG tv but hopefully we've offered something informative and entertaining.

All the Automatic gimmicks Ferrari is instating in their cars just make the brand more and more unattractive to me. Ferrari was a brand for real drivers, or enthusiasts for that matter.
