A good book that talks a lot about the Light and what happens when you go through to continue your soul journey is called 'Testimony Of Light' by Helen Hargraves. That is a good one to get started with (available from amazon.co.uk) It also mentions dimensions too. A part from that there is lots about this subject on the internet that will be of use and most interesting to you....x

@birdienumnums1 Hi there,yes it can be difficult as our loved ones are in a different place but they are always around us, every time we ask them to be, sometimes they choose to be. It's like anything, although we all have psychic gifts, we have to develop them and work on them in order to open up the channels of communication. Just know that they are forever with us and nothing ever dies xxx

@OneOfTheWatched Continued....With OBE's and Astral travel etc the Light cord is still attached which enables you to return to your physical body. This cord remains attached until physical death. After which it disconnects and your souls will return to the vibrational level it is compatible with. Hope all that has helped x

@OneOfTheWatched Hi, the physical body is a vessel in which to occupy a physical plane, like Earth. At the point of physical death your soul leaves your body, never to return as your etheric cord(Light umbilical cord which connects your soul to your physical body) gets detached/severed. Therefore after physical death your soul has gone elsewhere, so it doesn't make a difference whether you are buried or cremated in terms of your souls passage.....
