  • You mean we were supposed get paid to be out there (like SEIU members at an OWS rally)? Where's my check?

  • What a despicable man...

  • Tea partier 4 life. OWS communists can go to hell.

  • Go Kochs !

    true patriots

  • Thank you, You Tube, for making this important video available to us. Media would have us equate OWS with TP. They are so wrong about this.

  • FOOLS

  • sheep

  • so its you the motherfucker, and u r a jew,so yr people have suffered the holocaust,i guess destroying us with yr electronic weapons, gives u a buzz, well fuck u and all yr family too,i know u will rot in hell,u shitfacepigcockmaster.

  • 666 ooops i mean 999 deliverd by cain, funded by koch. The tea party was hijacked........ Time to get hehind RON PAUL tea party...... Heck every party and every person......... Lets take our country back..... RON PAUL 2012.... You know he means it!

  • @dontaskmewhatithink The tea party wasn't hijaked. It was built fromt he ground up to be what it is. It never was a grassroots movement.

  • @johnedwards1968 Thats pretty confusing. Ground up vs grass roots. Same thing. We started it as "Change you can belive in" "Ron Paul." Then came in the old republican guard dressed as sheep and we knew it was over.. And I really hated when the Obama / media / bankers, stole our original logo...If you think its anything else other than what we started, you need to look at Ron Paul and compare it to what it became and still is. Help me understand otherwise.

  • @dontaskmewhatithink It's not that confusing. The teaparty was formed from the ground up, by and individual or small group with an obvious agenda. Grass roots implies that it developed at the local level. Americans for Prosperity (Koch's lobbying arm) claim (honestly in my opinion) that they founded the tea-party movement.

That's not the same thing as some local groups from Texas or Minnesota or wherever founding the movement locally.

  • @dontaskmewhatithink Secondly, I don't think the Ron Paul revolution, as it was called, ever had ANYTHING directly to do with the tea party movement. Rand Paul, is of course another story. Rand Paul co-opted the tea-party movement to get elected. Ron Paul has basically been there forever.

I have ALOT of respect for Ron Paul, even though I disagree with him on most things politically. He's an honest man with sincere convictions. Tea-Partiers are NOT.

  • @johnedwards1968 "He's an honest man with sincere convictions. Tea-Partiers are NOT."

See, this is the part that pisses me off. Why can't Tea Partiers be honest, sincere people? Do you actually think they get checks from the Koch brothers or something? This is the same shit that a lot of tea partiers have been doing, ranting about irrelevant issues to discredit #OWS. Don't you see that?

  • @Madfoot713 If you attend a movie, did you make the movie? People who attended a tea-party rally did NOT create the tea-party rally. I don't think they got a cheque. Do I think their buses, and donuts and signs were provided by the Koch brothers? Of course I do,because that's a fact.

Anyone who claims the teaparty movement was a grassroots movement is NOT an "honest person with sincere convictions."

  • @Madfoot713 If you want to really see the difference between OWS and the TP movements, check to see when they existed. OWS is out there, when their OWN side is in power. Where were the teabaggers when Bush was in power?

    Sincere and honest my ass.

  • @johnedwards1968 The occupiers tell me Obama's "NOT" a liberal and that Democrats are center-right. >___> What are you talking about?

  • @Madfoot713 LOL, you've got a point there. Obama would be a pretty piss-poor liberal. My point was, they didn't wait for the Republicans to get into power to protest. The TeaPartyers waited untitl Democrats got into power. That's a lack of integrity.

Most of their complaints about Obama, are about policies he continued from the Bush administration.

  • @johnedwards1968 What? The Tea Partiers weren't "waiting". What, you think they were masturbating themselves to the bank and auto bailouts and the first stimulus? Just because they didn't conform to your schedule doesn't mean they're not real. I mean seriously are we going to say the anti-war movement "didn't mean it" too because they didn't protest Kosovo? Wtf are you saying?

  • @johnedwards1968 The contempt you have for the Tea Party really says a lot about you. You call them "teabaggers" and "astroturfed". You absolutely refuse to see eye to eye with them. I'm not saying *you're* dishonest, or brainwashed. I think you honestly feel that the Tea Partiers are bottom-sucking scum. I think you're on the same level as those who refer to the Occupiers as "fleabaggers".

    Prove me wrong?

  • @Madfoot713 I honestly can't prove you wrong. I believe there are some honest people out there, who hold your beliefs, and even if I disagree I'll respect that.

The tea party was founded to do corporate bidding. The majority of attendees, were trying to overturn an elected president. If the left tried to overturn Bush's second election, I'd have been opposed to them too.

Only bottom-sucking scum would do that.

  • @johnedwards1968 "The tea party was founded to do corporate bidding."

See, this is fucking stupid. It's not a conspiracy. Like oh my god wtf.

  • TeaFasco disapproval among Americans 83%. Eyes wide open. Americans for NON-Prosperity also train and sometimes pay the TeaFascos to spend their days on websites and blogs creating Faux Populism with comments and "likes". Poor pathetic baggers, America is just not that into them.

  • How DARE they give money to causes they support! Those vil bastards!

  • @Madfoot713 Nothing wrong with giving money to a caue they support. Pretending it's a grassroots movement is a LIE though.

Surely you think lying is wrong, right?

  • @johnedwards1968 Getting money from the Koch brothers (IF that's true) does not mean the Tea Party is astroturfed, any more than receiving money from George Soros means Occupy Wall Street is astroturfed. They're both genuine grassroots movements, it means people on both sides of the political spectrum are getting angry and getting active, and we should be glad for that - not fighting it or trying to spin one movement as not being "legit" enough.

  • @Madfoot713 AFP and Fox News promoting the development of the Tea Party movement MEANS they are astro-turfed. It's not a grass roots movement, and it's just silly to suggest otherwise.

Without Americans For Prosperity, the tea-party movement would have NEVER started. That's just history, and it's not debatable.

If Occupy Wall Street was funded, started and promoted by Soros, then you're completely right. It would be an astro-turf movement too. Probably not the same thing!

  • @johnedwards1968 Oh, okay. But when MSNBC, Current TV, and the liberal establishment blogs promote OWS, that's not astroturf?

    *yawn*

Again, the Tea Party is not astroturfed. It grew out of Ron Paul's 2008 campaign and captured a small government, debt-fighting sentiment a lot of conservatives were feeling. I don't understand why people like you are so obsessed with discrediting honest Americans who disagree with you. Cut the ad hominem BS and, I dunno, let's debate the issues.

  • @Madfoot713 That's just bullshit. Ask Ron Paul if he founded the teaparty movement. He didn't. It didn't start until AFTER Obama was elected, so don't try to sell me that lie.

Reporting on is NOT the same as promoting. Hmmm, I wonder if Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity et.al. attended and Tea Partys. They PROMOTED it, not reported it.

Having a different viewpoint is fine. Lying about it's backers' is NOT.

  • @johnedwards1968 >"Ask Ron Paul if he founded the teaparty movement. He didn't."

Of course he wouldn't say that; that's arrogant. Speaking of arrogance, Elizabeth Warren took credit for the Occupy movement. And if Ron Paul and tea party have nothing in common, explain his $4 MILLION Tea Party moneybomb yesterday.

    >"Blah blah Hannity Glenn Beck"

John Stossel and Geraldo Rivera went to Zuccotti Park during the protesters. Were they PROMOTING Occupy Wall Street?

  • @Madfoot713 LOL. Did Stossel and Rivera only say positive things about OWS, or only negative things? How could their negative coverage possibly be seen as promoting it? Did Fox NEws run advertisements saying Stossel and Rivera would be there? They did for the Tea Party.

    That's a pretty dishonest argument .

  • @johnedwards1968 Dunno, Stossel got screamed at before he could even say anything, can't say about Rivera.

  • This video is the biggest pieced together, misleading load of crap anyone could ever come up with. Come on, losers!...at least find something substantial to lie about!!

  • @gary23902003 Yeah, except for the part at 0:10-0:18 where he gives a continuously filmed statement admitting they started AFP and then you go to the sites where AFP's various chapters coordinate and give itineraries for and distribute tickets for TEA Party events.

  • Oh how evil, they help the Power to the People cause. Terrible to support the constitution and advocate for limited goverment. So Sad, they dont claim the 200 years of Democrat racism. Bad bad boys, who are outfunded 10 to 1 by the Hollywood, Wall st, and high tech billionaire Statists.

  • Mich brothers employ thousands upon thousands of Americans! I am sure your a big fan of Obamas puppet master Soros the Jewish thief! Nobama 2012 are ya later one termer

  • And there are still TEA party folks out there, believing the tTEAPARTY is an independent movement - they are the storm troups (in German: SA) of the Koch Brothers ....

  • Kochs are anti american terrorist - they made most of their vast fortunes thanks to communist russia - and neither have served their country and never wo

  • @OurSickSadWorld to question is part of what makes this country great. money can buy almost anything including opinions like yours! thats why! do some investigating and what you will find is lots of big corporate investments in to so called grassroot organizations like americans for prosperity, freedom works ect..that convince people against their own interests.also history is important study some then comment...

  • you have to respect Koch, anyone who doesn't is just jealous

  • Ron Paul and his supporters started the Tea Party & it was indeed a grassroots revolution. Unfortunately it was hijacked after it gained popularity & now has no resemblance to the original. It's possible the Kock's helped with that by providing funding but nowhere in this clip did anyone say funding was provided. They did say they helped organize rallies but that doesn't necessarily mean funding. Either way it's factually incorrect to say "corporate America helped fake a grassroots revolution."

  • From the horses mouth, "Five years ago, my brother Charles and I provided the funds to start the Americans For Prosperity." So much for a non-corporate grass roots organization...the big lies continue.

  • @tazemi Wait, has David Kock denied that he provided funds for AFP? I thought the only thing in question was weather or not funds were given for Tea Party events etc. and that is what AFP has denied. Nowhere in this clip did I hear any mention of money being given to help the Tea Party. I was hoping this video had legitimate proof but having watched it I realize it's just more right vs left b.s.

  • Wow. Do these people think that The Koch brothers will ever "allow" them to own several homes, and obtain an entourage of servants to cater to them, to make billions in profits?

What a bunch of sheep! They don't even stop to think about the motivations behind this.

  • @1motorpsycho LOL It is so funny you would refer to sheep. I was thinking exactly the same thing!

  • @StueckleFamily Sheep...cult...same thing. ;-)

  • Sad, and at the same time very disturbing. These tea party people are too full of self-assumed righteousness to realize that they're just being used as pawns by big health-care corporations to take down the public option, and by the Koch Brothers to stamp out unions and environmental regulations.

  • Soros, Strong, and all of Hollywood does exactly the same thing! Oh, how shocking.... The left are pure hypocrites and cry-babies!

  • Honestly, what kind of defense does HE and his company (the most profitable privately-owned in the world with BILLIONS in profits annually; not to mention his own billionaire income) need??? They've got PLENTY of money and can easily afford to pay some of the costs to, oh, I dunno, clean up after themselves when they pollute.

  • If ANY company needs to be held accountable for pollution, it's definitely Koch Industries. Just look up all the shit the company does! I'm not saying what they do and make as products and services are necessarily bad (we DO need these services for our economy and prosperity), but the aftereffects of heavy, toxic pollution from all the company's activities is NOT needed and has to be taken care of.

  • Instead, David Koch funds some dumbass anti-AGW exhibit claiming that it's all just a man-made hoax for the Smithsonian.

  • If someone like George Soros can "fund the left" and supposedly run all things left-wing in this country (esp. the Dems), SURELY it's not that inconceivable that guys much richer and powerful, like Koch, could amass their own army of astroturf warriors... is it?

  • The saddest thing of all is that majority of the people at that conference probably had NO IDEA who this David Koch fellow standing at the podium REALLY is.

  • "Hands off our healthcare"? LOl

YOUR healthcare?? As much as I hate to say it, it's really INSURANCE COMPANIES' HC. They call the shots, and even providers have to do whatever they say, or else you don't get covered for that much-needed operation. Plus, the exorbitant cost of insurance... Why don't you first tell INSURANCE to get its filthy hands off your HC and let you have REAL CHOICE??

  • And how exactly is a public option, which would introduce more competition and choice into the system, "getting gov't hands on your HC"? So sad that people in this country are so easily duped. Can they REALLY justify making signs with bloodstained hands while criticizing a healthcare reform proposal?? I'm pretty sure Hitler wasn't exactly the most pro-universal care person in the world. You know, that whole Holocaust thing and all?

  • Cap America's prosperity? LIE

    Trade our jobs?? BIGGER LIE

As for "trading jobs", just WHO has it been that's been pushing trade agreements and deregulations which have made it EVER EASIER for even very profitable companies to ship jobs just because, "We're not quite as competitive as before"?? Certainly not Democrats (at least not since NAFTA, which was poor judgment).

  • Where do these jackasses get the idea that the right to pollute as much as they want is somehow correlated with our prosperity? Yes, it's true that after industrialization, petroleum and pollution-producing industries ARE to some extent necessary for a stable economy. HOWEVER, it's not written in stone that we need excess pollution in order to stay strong. They act as though we wanna cap pollution to levels that will make it impossible for companies to do anything, which is nonsense.

  • You may not have been "paid to be here", but you SURE AS HELL WERE DUPED! That much is clear.

Imagine: the first ever PRO-BUSINESS, PRO-RICH anti-welfare (anti-poor as well?) "populist" movement in this country. Wow...

  • When most people talk about the American Dream (or at least those not on the Right and esp. in the GOP), I don't think they're referring to big businessmen amassing armies of drones and getting around all kinds of necessary regulations just so that their companies don't have to shell out a few million bucks to help society and workers out and equalize things.

  • David Koch knows what he's doing: setting up an army of conservative ignoramuses to do HIS bidding so a) he doesn't have to do it himself and b) he can get all the shit done for himself and his company and big business that would otherwise be SHUNNED if it were known that HE and his Wall St. friends are the ones who want all that shit the most, not regular people who are simply duped.

Honestly, do you teabaggers REALLY think David Koch gives a shit about you??

  • Pure Evil!

  • It's called being duped.

  • Look at all the Koch whores.

  • Are you kidding me people? Why would David Koch a man in his 70s living with prostate cancer spend hundreds of millions of dollars to promote free market ideas because he is motivated greed? This is a man that is rich beyond comprehension spending a great deal of money promoting ideas that he believes in, he also donates money to the ballet, educational institutions and science museums. He is a man that uses his money for causes he believes in... Greed doesn't seem a likely motivator IMO.

  • @jakeyw11 Al Capone even liked to put on a show and be the "big shot" by handing out some money. Of course, it was all up to him who got it. And how he made it. His name was also on many contributors list. It's cover and a psychological coping mechanism. It didn't and doesn't change the nature of the beast. Yes, it isn't just greed, it is also mega egomania and people like you need to wake up to the real plan, my fellow American.

  • Look at them sucking up to their corporate masters!

  • I went to restaurant today and my order came with cup made by Dixie(a.k.a Koch). Well I'm not buying some thing there served with an evil Koch product again!

  • Comment removed

  • David Koch is our country's biggest criminal. (next to Bill Gates of course)

  • David Koch, is the SCUM of America!

    -

He is SO HATE filled towards our Country!

    -

He WILL NOT STOP until everyone is POOR, only HE is RICH

So in fact you have THREE Billioners promoting THERE idea of freedom !

Cooparate Freedom only , it would seem ... how very sad for the US !!!

    Brgds

    GSO

  • Give me the Koch boys over Soros any day...

  • @Slave2Reason - Yeah, but Koch is against women and the planet, so Soros is the better citizen. Plus Soros is an Atheist, so he's more evolved.

  • @tnoyy34rt Well you are a clear Libtard... The Koch's are Libertarians who support equal rights for all, while Soros is a know NAZI collaborator and a NWO totalitarian...

So, obviously you are a dangerously ill-informed fool.

  • @Slave2Reason - There is no such thing as Nazis or a NWO, so you are clearly uneducated... The Koch brothers are rightwing christian extremists who want to take freedom away from women.

    -

Learn to use facts or don't post to the web... Thanks...

  • @tnoyy34rt Really, WW2 there were no Nazis? Hmm, think you'd better check your facts moron. Soros worked for the Jewish Council, which had been established during the Nazi occupation of Hungary to forcibly carry out Nazi and Hungarian government anti-Jewish measures

Being so wrong about this, think of all the other stuff you are ignorant about... Everything else in your post is wrong too... Research it asshole!

  • @Slave2Reason - Dude, come back to reality, you were insinuating there were modern day Nazis... only if you count the crazy Tea Party would you be correct.

    -

You are uninformed, deal with it...

  • What are you lefty loons squawking about here?

    Everything you do is astroturf.

Take your commie asses to Cuba if you hate big business so much. We know there is none of it there.

  • David Koch = Modern day robber baron.

  • Yes, the recent "Chamber of Commerce" advertising debacle is about to break, after that happens, nobody in America will be voting Republican. Here is a wonderful video of what happened last week:

    -

    watch?v=Kek7Ydb-LtU

    -

This will give huge wins to Democrats and save America, pass it on...

  • Exiled online broke this story.

  • the republican brand is dog food...anyone remember that? all this teaparty nonsense is some jackbooted exercise in rebranding....keep pretending media...your driving a bigger wedge into this country and the world than you are ready to deal with

  • Republicans have shown they can't govern when they're in power and they've shown they'll do everything they can to keep anyone else who's elected from governing.

    -

Fear, Hatred, Distortion, Distraction and Division is all Republicans, the Koch Brothers & Fox News have to offer.

    -

    Copy, Paste... pass this on!

  • Koch is the biggest Cancer of American Freedom.

  • Ominous music does not a guilty man make.

There is no "Official" Tea Party, so there is no way to fund it. This guy funds conservative organizations, and they all claim to have had "Tea Parties". It is not the same thing.

  • @jjason1985 - But Koch is behind the hate filled Tea Parties, so we must ALL stand strong against him and his brother. They are an "oil" company, they don't even understand global warming! so nobody in America respects them don't forget.

  • @Tnoy34rt

Why are they "hate filled"? There are racists in the Tea Party, just like the democrats, republicans, greens, etc. have racists.

Global warming may or may not be true. Scientists do not agree. And we definitely don't know if it is human-caused.

Clearly, some people respect them. However, nobody respects morons who lap up every drop of piss coming out of Rachel Maddow.

  • @jjason1985 - but the Tea Party is primarily "racist whites" from the South, they are upset we have an intelligent President, so are acting out like teenagers.

    -

no, we know global warming is caused by human activity, 98% of scientists agree, the question is how fast do we need to bomb cities that do not comply with the turning off of all fossil fuels? 25 years? 50 years?

    -

so let's get to work on 80% nuclear power by 2020, we must do our part since we contribute over 20% of the heat build up.

  • @Tnoy34rt

#1 - False. There are many principled individuals in the tea party, and not one position states "bring back slavery" or any other such nonsense. Obama is a shitty president. That is why they dont like him. Not because he is black

#2- No, we dont know. 98% of scientists? Bull. In fact, 98% of scientists who get FEDERAL FUNDING do NOT agree. This is just a ruse to implement a carbon tax.

#3- Nuclear is not cheap. It is clean, until you need to get rid of it. Then what?

    Stupid

  • @jjason1985 - Then why has Obama remained more popular than Reagan or Clinton who had far less problems to deal with? Face it, he's very popular, you just aren't educated so he makes you angry that you dropped out of high school.

    -

No, 98%+ agree that humans are the cause behind the huge warming of the last 150 years. Take a cruise through Alaska, you'll be shocked by the decrease in glaciers... 80-120 mile inlets are all gone over the last 40 years, we have a massive crisis, wake the fuck up.

  • @Tnoy34rt

working on a Ph.D. Thanks though.

  • @jjason1985 - BS, nuclear isn't any more expensive than anything else, we need to build 280 nuke plants and pronto. Take the safest design of the last 50 years, repeat it. The whole goal is to get rid of the HEAT and GAS of burning coal and oil... Are you stupid or something? We are ready for disposal at yucca mountain, right now everything is stored at the plant, never a problem...

  • @Tnoy34rt Nuclear is quite expensive when you factor in all the costs. It used to be said that it was so cheap we wouldnt even need to measure how much we use! HA what a farce. P.S. it takes 25 years to get one of those plants running, and it needs about 5 billion in subsidies to be viable. 5 billions comes from tax payers, so that cost must be factored in too.

    Stupid.

  • @jjason1985 - Nonsense, a nuke plant can easily be built within 3 years. 25 years??? hilarious! if you build 280 at the same time, the cost is extremely low. Yes, nuclear is cheap to run, but I agree, the old quote "we don't need to measure" is a bit exaggerated. No, a nuke plant can be built for $50 million on up... just depends on the size you need. No, you'd issue bonds for this, taxpayers wouldn't be effected.

    -

So you have a lot to learn. France is 80% nuke, we are 18%, we have 62% to go.

  • @Tnoy34rt

Wrong again. For example, AP1000 reactors are about $11,000,000,000.00. Each.

Yeah, buld 280 plants at the same time, there will be MASSIVE demand for raw materials, technical workers, and fuel. I know liberal retards dont understand economics, but what do you think happens to cost when supply is limited and demand skyrockets?

Move to France if you want to be irradiated, taxed, and have your hand held from cradle to grave.

YOU HAVE TO REPAY BONDS, MORON!

  • @jjason1985 - No, there are now mini reactors starting at $50 million, the russians are building them, they simply float on barges. Nobody is talking about AP1000 reactors, we don't need that level of expense. Just the top nuke plant built over the last 50 years, then repeat 280 times. Materials? It's 90% concrete, that's a 6 month task. You seem to be out of touch with how construction works. If you do a national mandate, the cost woud be low. Bonds aren't taxpayer supported dummy!

  • @Tnoy34rt

    Reactor on a boat? You're a moron.

I guess you are a construction expert too. P.S. There are things like steel, computers, etc in them.

You are out of touch with how government works. They NEVER come in under cost.

Municipalities issue bonds and get money for them. They SPEND that money on projects. Then, when the bonds mature, the issuer must pay the bond plus interest. Who do you think the issuer (cities and states) get their money from? TAX PAYERS.

    You can't be THAT stupid.

  • @jjason1985 - Yes, we've had them in some of our warships & submarines for decades, now the russians have made a barge model, you can check it out here: (remove spaces)

    -

    bit. ly /aHims

    -

So I guess that makes you the moron for not keep up with nuclear advances.

    -

If we were smart, we'd get back to work on nuclear cars, trucks & trains, we could do it now and it would forever solve the oil problem and a lot of the global warming crisis. Goggle: "Ford Nucleon"

    -

Glad I was able to educate you.

  • @Tnoy34rt

drill baby drill..America lands have the biggest energy fields.. the USA could be 'energy independent' and the World would be bUYINg from the USA and there would be JOBS..

  • @jorjalex - No, we depleted over 60% of our oil over the last 90 years, and we never had much to begin with. That's the problem... We need to go straight to Nuclear and never look back. Oil & Coal is 80% behing the global warming crisis, so let's kill off Koch and their hate towards America and our Planet.

  • @jjason1985 - We've been building nuclear warships and submarines for almost 5 decades you dummy! Now Russia is putting them on barges, sweet! Google: russian floating nuclear power - and you'll see it. Ideally we'd work on building nuclear cars, trucks & trains. Google: Ford Nucleon, it was the first attempt in 1951. If we could build a nuke car we could vastly lower the global warming crisis, so let's get to work.

    -

BTY, private companies would build the nuke plants, not the Gov you dummy!

  • @tnoyy34rt LOL, you just can't help yourself to calling people "dum dum", "dummy", and "idiot". You really don't sound like an educated person when you are the run resorting to name calling. FYI, the Nucleon was only an attempt and nothing more and never got off the ground. Zero prototypes were built.

  • @Tnoy34rt I find the fact you've called a lot of people "dummy" and "uneducated" also declares you to be not so bright and uneudcated. For an educated person as you claim to be you certainly like to through those cheap words of yours around. So much for your grand or should I say limited vocabulary oh false reporter to the FBI :)

  • These Corporate guys are determined to drive those in the middle class toward the minimum wage.

  • Al Gore Spent Nine Million Carbon Credits on Coastal Mansion

The couple spent $8.85 million on an ocean-view mansion with a swimming pool, spa and fountains it has six fireplaces, five bedrooms and nine bathrooms. I bet its super energy-efficient. Six fireplaces? Burning wood is great for the environment, and really necessary in Santa Barbara.

I was gonna ask how this con man sleeps at night, but I would guess it’s probably on a big comfy mattress, stuffed piles of carbon credit cash.

  • Hundreds of thousands of gullible morans fighting to make sure the top %2 gets to keep every last dime they make, while they themselves fork over the tax money required to keep the US safe. Thanks, you legions of idiots, for making sure people like Koch can depend on you to make sure he contributes less and less towards keeping the country that allows him to make obscene amounts of money running! Maybe someday, he'll never have to pay taxes at all!

  • "Corporate giants, many of whom are directly tied in with big oil, and central banks who, far from bankrolling climate change skeptics, are directly invested in the scam of human-induced global warming.

Accusations leveled against global warming skeptics is that they are on the payroll of transnational oil companies, when in fact the opposite is true, oil companies are amongst the biggest promoters of climate change propaganda, emphasized recently by Exxon Mobil's call for a global carbon tax."

  • "Progessives are as bad" straw man # 561

Koch is motivated by greed, and the end result of his, and the like efforts of others in his club, is the destruction of a middle class and and the growing gap between few haves and many have nots.

Soros, on the other hand, has invested his resources throughout the world developing and promoting democracy and the building up of a healthy middle class.

Soros has always been open about his purposes and actions. Koch is not. Why do you think that is?

  • @krum57 is the whole "greed is good "mantra the coal that feeds the right wing fire?"

  • I am not the "right" i am just pointing out the hypocrisy of screaming about Koch when he is no different then Soros and i don't really know how you fix it at this point .

  • @hanksnow82 uh, he's denying his involvement. soros is entirely open about it and he also isn't usually involved in politics. he's not contributing to either party this election cycle because he thinks they are broken. you have the koch brothers advancing partisan agenda for the sake of their business interests. if soros was only concerned about his business interests than he would have supported the republicans.

  • I didn't think it was going to be so easy to stump you leftys . There is no difference between Soros and Koch .

  • @hanksnow82 And the right wing never shut up about Soros!

  • You think Obamacare is going to be something like what you have now but someone else is going to pay for it . ITS NOT its going to be like cattle being herded . The care level your going to get is about what indigent care is now in your state .

  • @hanksnow82 I don't think that at all. I pay for it with my taxes, and I'm happy to do so. I'm not the type of person to expect things for free. We were having a great conversation so let's leave out the judgments and assumptions, okay? Again if you have money to buy everything you need then you can get some first-class care. I don't have that kind of money, neither does anyone I know. That leaves me with the not-1st-class care.Which is why I fight for some standards for the rest of us poor folk

  • @AmbraAlhambra HAHAHA You think your tax rate is high enough to provide health care for everyone ? HAHAHA your tax rate will need to triple just to provide mediocre health care . You really have no idea what your getting yourself into .

  • @hanksnow82 I guess you missed the part where I asked for some civility. And here I thought I had finally met a tea party supporter that had some character. So sorry, my mistake. Yes, I realize our tax rate is very low, the expiring tax cuts on the rich were going to have been enough (according to the CBO) to pay for this incarnation of healthcare. Anything further would require more taxes or cuts or w/e. However since you don't seem capable of civility, I will say goodbye now. Best to you.

  • @AmbraAlhambra Your going to love when your Dr office and your hospitals are run like the DMV and the Post Office

  • @hanksnow82 - But nobody is suggesting government run healthcare, so you must have missed that. The new healthcare law remains 100% run by the private sector.

  • @Tnoy34rt If you dont think Obamacare isn't the prerequisite to socialized health care your an idiot .

  • @hanksnow82 - no, you didn't follow the story, not sure what obama care is, but the new healthcare law is pro business and pro health. it simply moves us to join the rest of the industrialized countries in getting better care for less cost. our government won't get involved, it just makes us competitive. why are you against that?

  • @Tnoy34rt Because unlike you i have lived under socialized health care like Obamacare is going to lead to and i have watched while people i loved died from it .

  • @hanksnow82 You are so full of shit. Where did Obamacare kill your loved ones? Switzerland? Canada? Fucking corporatist pawn, idiot fucking liar.

  • @MrCowicide Socialized medicine in Canada killed my mother , next question

  • @hanksnow82 - Incorrect, your mother lived longer under the Canadian system than the current US one, so quit lying.

  • @Tnoy34rt why don't you really discuss how supporting health insurers helps anyone? The entire healthscam bill was geared towards control. Few things that govt fails to take into account, that they can't force anyone to purchase insurance nor can they fine an individual for not possessing health insurance. Govt never addressed how to bring true medical costs down to where one can just pay a flat rate for services/meds.

  • @MrCowicide Please, don't feed the troll.

@hanksnow82 Well, when you devise a new system, let us know

@Tnoy34rt It isn't merely oil companies, but the entire upper class vying to keep their own interests intact.

Anyway, I hope this fucking thing goes viral. Although, in hindsight we all know that the conservative populace will find another device preaching "Traditional, American, conservative christian family values" and lower taxes, but at least these guys would be stifled for a while...

  • @giliam415 - true, the economic stratification of our society is WAY out of balance. billionaires like the Koch brothers, Meg Whitman, are trying "buy" this election cycle because of the Citizen's United disaster. They long for a return to Mayberry and white dominance in the world. They try to come off all tough and loud, but in reality they are just frightened of the ever-changing world around them.

    -

So let's expose their hypocrisy, pass this video on, this is great too:

    -

    watch?v=Kek7Ydb-LtU

  • @hanksnow82 - No, you are incorrect... so why do you feel you need to lie? The US system kills over 40,000 extra people a year, the Canadian system kills no extra people. So you really need to do some research before you post to the web.

  • @Tnoy34rt it seems to me govt has inadvertently caused medical costs to inflate via expensive insurance premiums. For what one pays in expensive monthly premiums, those premiums are easily saved for future medical visits with a specialist or doctor. Medical insurance is just starting to become very very fraudulent vs. affordable and medical costs (hospital rates/expensive drugs) are out of scope with the public market. Govt. has fixed anything and is ineffective.

  • @Tnoy34rt Your very naive

  • @Tnoy34rt there is language in the health bill regarding OTC drugs and paying for them using your own FSA/HSA funds. The bill restricts individuals with these pre-tax accounts to buying a “medicine or drug only if such medicine or drug is a prescribed” one. And ironically, this tax that will raise health care costs substantially by creating incentives for the use of more expensive prescription drugs even when OTC drugs are just as safe and effective.

  • @hanksnow82 And the status quo is working brilliantly, so what do you suggest?

  • @AmbraAlhambra

    well said!

  • If you have half a brain you will repeal Obamacare . I live in Canada and i can tell you socialized medicine is horrible , I watched it kill my mother .

  • @hanksnow82 Except we're not talking about socialized medicine are we? The government is setting regulations for the industry and putting in place certain programs that the industry would not have otherwise provided. We desperately need government regulations on how healthcare is handled here, as you are unaware of because you are in Canada. We have thousands of needless deaths every year because getting care is unavailable for many- from a moral standpoint that is unacceptable and inhumane.

  • @hanksnow82 Furthermore if you are in Canada why does our situation in the states even cross your mind? If you truly are in Canada, then you more than likely don't know how it is like to live in constant fear when you don't have any access to healthcare, simply because you are too poor to have it. It's terrible, I know because for the last 4 years this has been my situation. Access to healthcare should not be based on how much money you have (or don't have).

  • @AmbraAlhambra Obamacare is the begining of socialized medicine . Having lived and gone to school in the states i have seen both systems . America has a few problems but is 1000 times better .

  • @AmbraAlhambra It concerns me because when my crappy government health care is backed up 8 months and me or one of my family needs a MRI i want to be able to go to America like we Canadians do now . 1000s of Canadian women went to American hospitals last year for neo natal care alone .

  • @hanksnow82 The system here is ridiculous. The only good way to get good coverage is through a job, and that's if you're lucky to get a job that gives you health benefits. Those kinds of jobs are a dying breed. Obamacare at least changes most of the worst things, and yes, needs a lot of work. Our system is 1000 times better if you're rich and can buy anything you need. If not, you're SOL. That's the problem with capitalism, co.'s don't care about people, they want money.

  • and, lets not forget that many tea party members PAY to get into some of these gatherings. What a scheme! Get the scared, white, Christian conservative extremists worked up and charge them too! What are their prime issues? Healthcare for Americans! Taxes which are at a forty year low! and their general distrust of Muslims, gays, and immigrants! Amazing! -Boycott Koch Industries-

  • Koch is a classic example of an emotional psyche in complete breakdown. He's so overhwlmed with confronting how undeserving he is of his financial success that he has to reconstruct the world around him to place himself as a heroic John Galt titan of industry. And he'll pay anything to do so. It would be sad if it wasn't so destructive.
