Why do you want collection agency's out of business? Or are the cases easy because you prey on companies out of state so it gives you more opportunity for them to want to settle less get an out-of-state lawyer for your fictitous claims? I am a Law Student,
maybe you can find a loophole and relieve them from their own responsibilities that they've neglected, even though you are trying to get money from those same exact people you claim to want to protect...debt relief agencies are more of a scam the bill collectors..
Actually Creditors interchange has a large compliance department and punishes and fires any employee found breaking the laws of the FDCPA. Believe me, i worked there for a long time, and compared to many other agencies i've worked for, they enforce the laws a lot more than most.......but people can call you if they want to find a way not to pay their own bills,
